Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Life happens and we know things come up and appointments are forgotten; however, our time and yours is extremely valuable.   In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we require a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Group appointments (weddings and special occasions) require a 48 hour notice.

We require a credit card on file or 50% deposit for ALL appointments.

This deposit will go towards your service. Should you not show up to your appointment, that 50% deposit will go to the stylist for their time or you will be charged 50% of the services missed to the credit card kept on file.

If you frequently cancel day of or with less than 24 hours notice we may no longer be able to book your appointments.

We understand that true emergencies can occur, and we will always do our best to handle each situation with fairness and discretion.

Running Late?

If running a little late, please understand that every effort will be made to still deliver the service. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to ask you to reschedule your appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you plan to be late, so we can try and accommodate you.

Product Policy

We pride ourselves in exceptional service. If you are not satisfied with a service, we ask that you contact us within 7 days.

Return Policy

Don’t love your product? We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. If you are unavailable to come in to return during that time please give us a call at 847.253.2020 or send us an email at bloomsalon1@gmail.com
